Baby Blue Large Flower Fascinator With Diamante Swirls This fascinator features a large feather design in the shape of a flower with a pretty diamanté centre. It is then finished off perfectly with studded loops to the outer of the fascinator. It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place. Both the clip and matching colour headband are supplied. Fascinator measures at 28x19cm
